Due to a mutually agreed realignment of territories and time line with Triumph UK, and in conjunction with the expansion plans of Destination Triumph, we would like to inform you of the initial stages of change within our organisation.
As from 16th October 2020 Destination Triumph Guildford will close. We were due to open our brand new Triumph supersite in Billingshurst concurrently, as a planned relocation.
However, the pandemic has delayed building works which will resume over the next few months. We will write to our customers shortly, but wish in the meantime to inform all that our branches at Washington or Solent, depending on geographical convenience, now have increased capacity to uptake all Guildford Sales and Aftersales business.
Please see the following information:
Whilst any new Service bookings at Guildford cannot be now accepted, due to its full diary, the branch is still able to accept enquiries on behalf of Washington or Solent directly, until 16th, or preferably, those sites may instead be contacted directly.
Sales enquires shall continue as usual. After 30th September all enquiries may either be accepted by the Guildford site, or preferably, made directly to either Washington or Solent. Handovers and deliveries for sold bikes will continue as usual until 16th October.
Parts, Clothing and Accessory enquiries remain welcome until 16th October.
Over the last twelve years at Guildford, we have enjoyed tremendous business levels with our local biking community. Unfortunately a timely transition to the new site wasn’t quite possible due to circumstances beyond our control. However, a huge thanks to all for the tremendous support; and now very much look forward to welcoming our Destination Triumph customers to Washington or Solent. We will relay the news of the exciting Billingshurst opening as soon as we are able.
