Technician

Location: Solent

Salary: Basic £23,000 Based on experience (OTE £28,000)

Hours: Mon-Sat (day in lieu)

dependent on opening times in year

Bonus: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced motorbike technician to join our Destination Triumph Solent team. 

The right candidate would need to express excellent communication skills and be confident working independantly with a workshop. Having previous experience is a requirement and you would need to hold a motocycle licence.

You must be flexible and reliable and be a well presented indivdual with the desire and attitude to want to succeed. Any applicants should have a genuine passion for motorcycles and good knowledge of the industry.

Aftersales Manager

Location: Solent

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Hours: Mon-Sat (day in lieu)

The job specification:
You will have some experience of leadership in both Aftersales and Parts. You are able to run an efficient and professional Aftersales business, while motivating a small team of Technicians and Aftersales/PCA advisors.  Amongst your required attributes, you will:
  • Provide a vibrant and high value customer experience.
  • Bring along an entrepreneurial ‘selling’ approach to Aftersales Retailing.
  • Have knowledge of the Parts business and see this as an equal to the Service side.
  • Be willing to embrace digital lead management, technology and opportunities.
  • Be able to coach your advisors re: diary management, general CRM and upsell.
  • Ensure motivated workshop colleagues are able to deliver 85%+ PE.
  • You will not be ‘old school’ in outlook.
The person:
You will understand that the Aftersales landscape is changing rapidly and the ability to help to adapt our services positively serves your ambition. You are open minded and excited about the changes in consumer expectation which Aftersales retailing requires.
